둘째 날에는 금융 및 기업 커뮤니케이션 컨설팅 업체 EM이 ‘10년째 진행되는 디지털 와해’라는 토론 패널을 열었다. 참가자들은 가까운 미래에 기술이 도모할 문화, 미디어, 은행업 및 기타 분야의 변화에 대해 논의했다. On 17 January 2017, the first day of WEF, Russia House became the center of international dialog.
