(런던 2017년 10월 26일 PRNewswire=연합뉴스) 유럽 굴지의 대안투자 관리업체 LCM Partners가 스페인 시장을 떠나는 아시아 투자업체 Aiqon Capital Group으로부터 상당 규모의 스페인 대출 포트폴리오를 인수했다고 오늘 발표했다. 여기에는 소비자금융 및 중소기업 부문의 무담보 부실채권 및 비부실채권이 포함된다. LCM은 이 거래를 통해 400,000개의 개별 대출로 구성된 약 60억 유로 규모의 자산을 매입했다. 이는 스페인 역사상 가장 규모가 큰 무담보 NPL 이차 매입 거래다.

LCM Partners Acquires €6 Billion Spanish Loan Portfolio
LONDON, October 26, 2017/PRNewswire/ -- LCM Partners, a leading European Alternatives Investment Manager, today announced that it has acquired a substantial portfolio of Spanish, unsecured non-performing and re-performing consumer and SME loans from Aiqon Capital Group, an Asian investor exiting the market. This deal sees LCM buy approximately €6 billion of assets, comprising 400,000 individual loans, making this the largest secondary purchase of unsecured NPLs in Spain to date.
