Morrison, M.D., and Paul Lammers, M.D., M.Sc., to its Board of Directors.

Dr. Morrison currently serves as the CEO and is a member of the board of directors of Syndax Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to joining Syndax and MPM Capital, he served as Executive Vice President, Global Medicines Development and Chief Medical Officer at AstraZeneca plc, from January 2012 to June 2015, leading the company's global, late-stage development organization and serving as a member of the AstraZeneca senior executive team.
